Terms

ScrapeMole API terms (v0.1, 2026). The same text is served by the API at /terms.

1. What you get.

ScrapeMole returns publicly available, non-personal web data: Google Trends statistics, YouTube video metadata and transcripts of public videos, and Amazon product listings. We do not collect, sell or return personal data such as e-mail addresses, phone numbers or private profiles; e-mail addresses found in public text are redacted.

2. Payment.

Each call to a paid endpoint costs the price stated in its HTTP 402 response, paid in USDC via the x402 protocol. Payment settles only when the response status is 200. Invalid input, unknown targets, missing data and our or upstream errors return 4xx/5xx and are not charged. Payments are final; if you believe you were charged for a failed call, write to edgaras@mail.grokbot.com with the transaction hash.

3. Acceptable use.

You are responsible for how you use the data and for complying with the law and with the terms of the sites the data comes from. Do not use the API to build profiles of individuals, for spam, or to infringe copyright (transcripts are provided for analysis, search, accessibility and research; do not republish them as your own content). We may rate-limit or refuse requests that abuse the service.

4. No warranty.

Data is provided as is, as the source showed it at request time. Sites change; availability and completeness are not guaranteed. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the call in question.

5. Takedowns and contact.

Rights holders can request removal or blocking of specific targets at edgaras@mail.grokbot.com.

6. Operator.

ScrapeMole is operated by the company of Edgaras Benediktavicius (Lithuania). Payments are company revenue.
